
Mystery - Pale Ale
Holmes Pale Ale is between an Indian Pale Ala and an American Pale Ale but it is not 100% neither of them, it offers a strongly scented aroma but with a balanced taste of Pale malt and citrus and floral hops from beginning to end.

A juicy citrus and grapefruit flavor profile. As if fresh Citra and Mosaic hops.

Wolf - Imperial IPA
Wildly assertive, intentionally savage and dangerously satisfying. Powerful citrus aroma and fruity, earthy and slightly floral flavors given by its combination of hops. IBU: 142 A

NEIPA
Intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, and smooth mouthfeel, and opaque with substantial haze.
IBU: 60 Alcohol: 6%

Elementary - Black IPA
Body of Stout, soul of IPA.
In the first taste, it opens with a moderate bitterness due to the hop followed by a coffee finish. With a complex aroma between the roasted coffee of the malts and the fruity of the specially selected hops.

Sting - Brown Ale
Moderate toasty malt with caramel and toffee. Moderate sweetness given the honey addition. For the initial sweetness, this beer finishes surprisingly dry. Woody hops are fairly restrained. Full-bodied, balanced finish.
IBU: 30 Alcohol: 5,5%

Cream Ale
Clean beer, well toned, easy to drink and refreshing, with more character and flavor than typical American lagers.
IBU: 22 Alcohol: 4,5%
Temperature: 4-7º Celcius
